🔹 Notice Requirement We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 🔹 Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. 🔹 No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the missed service. 🔹 Late Arrivals $10 after 5 minutes; cancelled after 10minutes 🔹 Emergencies & Illness We understand that emergencies and illness happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you're unable to make your appointment—we may waive fees at our discretion in these cases.
